Warranty, Return, and Cancellation Policies:
We guarantee that our products are free of defects. In the event that you receive a defective Grindzilla herb grinder, we will replace the defective item(s) for free within one year of purchase. All other items come with a 90 day warranty. Buyer assumes cost of shipping back to us, and we will pay the cost of shipping to return repaired or new item(s) to the you. All returned items must have tracking numbers. Please notify us before returning defective items. Defective items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us or warranty is voided. Further, we accept refunds for any reason within 14 days of receiving item(s), as long as they are unused and returned similarly to our polices for defective items. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. Orders that are canceled before shipment are subjected to a $2.00 cancellation fee. During the last year we had only two defective order out of thousands of orders. We can pretty much guarantee that your item will arrive in good condition!
